Fightar.ai Terms of Service for Vendor Registration

Welcome to Fightar.ai! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our vendor services on the Fightar.ai platform. By registering as a vendor on Fightar.ai using the Dokan Multi-Vendor Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Vendor Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. 1.2. Your business must comply with local laws and regulations for your products or services. 1.3. We reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration & Management
2.1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 2.3. Vendors must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
3. Product & Service Listings
3.1. Vendors may only list products or services related to combat sports, training, merchandise, and other relevant categories approved by Fightar.ai. 3.2. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on intellectual property rights. 3.3. Fightar.ai reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate platform policies.
4. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
4.1. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately. 4.2. Vendors must provide clear refund, return, and dispute resolution policies. 4.3. Customer inquiries and disputes must be handled professionally and according to Fightar.ai’s dispute resolution guidelines.
5. Fees & Payments
5.1. Fightar.io may charge a commission on sales made through the platform, as specified in our vendor fee schedule. 5.2. Vendors will receive payouts according to the platform’s payment processing schedule. 5.3. Fightar.io reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments in case of fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
6. Compliance & Legal Obligations
6.1. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations. 6.2. Fightar.ai is not responsible for a vendor’s legal obligations, including taxes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Fightar.ai a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote their listings. 7.2. Vendors must not use Fightar.ai’s trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1. Vendors must not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to selling counterfeit goods, fraud, or money laundering. 8.2. Spam, abusive behaviour, and harassment of customers or other vendors are strictly prohibited. 8.3. Vendors must not attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, or the Fightar.ai marketplace system.
9. Suspension & Termination
9.1. Fightar.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these Terms. 9.2. Vendors may request account termination, but outstanding obligations (such as pending orders or disputes) must be resolved first.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Fightar.ai is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from marketplace use. 10.2. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fightar.ai from claims arising from their business operations.
11. Modifications to Terms
11.1. Fightar.io reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 11.2. Continued platform use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
